I know how to identify fitness needs and how best to adopt a holistic approach to efficiently bring about the desired results and benefits in each individual I train through personal attention and fitness instruction.

Before we kick off, we’ll analyse your body composition, body condition, measurements and we may conduct some body fat analysis and other testing depending on your specific objectives.

Customised Planning

Once we agree on your goals, whether it’s losing weight, gaining muscle, fitness or performance I will put together an exercise plan that is guaranteed to achieve your goal.

Organisation and Time-Saving

One of the reasons my programmes are so valuable is because of vital organisation, education and training that can be specifically tailored to fit into your own busy schedule.

Motivational Coaching

As a coach I will ensure that each exercise is done properly. We will avoid injuries and maximise the benefit of each motion.

I will also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise offering balanced encouragement and support throughout; too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.

Research and Innovation

I take pride in staying at the cutting edge of the latest science regarding health and exercise. I regularly attend courses and workshops {here and in the UK} always learning and improving myself on a day to day basis.

Results Measurement

Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your personalised programmes), I will also provide a comprehensive full colour fitness report that will show your progress relative to your goal.

During your workout session, I work to not only give you direction on body movements and training techniques but also explain the reasons behind our methods and some of the science behind it. You’ll know exactly what I am doing and why.

Accountability and Commitment

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I demand accountability for each and every one of my personal training clients.

In order to bring about real change, I have found that people benefit most by having a Personal Fitness Coach who is directly responsible for your success in the PT programme.
